What we shipped this quarter

We spent the last few months on the things you asked for most: faster codes, clearer reports, and fewer surprises on your bill. Here is what landed.

Faster, separated OTP routing

One-time passcodes now travel on their own lane, apart from bulk campaigns. A big marketing send can no longer hold up a login code. In our own tests, median OTP delivery dropped to a few seconds even while large campaigns were going out. More on why that matters in how fast an OTP should arrive.

A delivery report you can actually read

The delivery log now groups by outcome and shows cost per message alongside status, so you can see at a glance what got delivered, what did not, and what it cost. You can filter by date and export the whole thing to a spreadsheet.

Wallet balance updates as you send

Your balance now updates the moment a send goes out, no refresh needed. Small thing, but it takes away the "did that go through?" doubt.

E-commerce plugins

If you run a store on WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop or Magento, you can now send order updates and checkout OTPs straight from your store with our plugins. Connect once with your Hellio login and you are set.

Smaller fixes worth mentioning

• Sender ID approvals now show their status clearly instead of leaving you guessing.
• The pricing page hides any service you are not using, so it stays relevant to you.
• Reports load faster at volume, even on large accounts.
