How do I top up my account?
Log in to your dashboard, open Billing, and choose an amount to top up. We accept mobile money and card payments, and your balance is credited as soon as the payment is confirmed.
My messages are not being delivered. What should I do?
Check your delivery reports first for the failure reason. The most common causes are an unregistered Sender ID, invalid numbers, or an insufficient balance. If everything looks correct, contact support and we will investigate with the carrier.
How do I send messages from an Excel or CSV file?
Upload your contacts as a CSV or Excel file from the Contacts section, map the phone-number and any merge-field columns, then select that list when you compose a campaign.
Does Hellio support sending messages to other countries?
Yes. We connect to 800+ carriers worldwide, so you can send SMS, OTP and voice to recipients in 190+ countries from a single account.
Do I get a better price when sending large traffic?
Yes. Pricing is pay-as-you-go with automatic volume discounts as your traffic grows. For very high volumes, contact sales for custom enterprise rates.
