Connect your account

Open WooCommerce, Hellio SMS. Enter your Hellio email and password and click Connect. The plugin stores only the token it gets back, never your password. If your account uses two-factor authentication, it asks for your code. Then set a default Sender ID (up to 11 characters, approved on your account) and save.

Done. Orders now trigger SMS automatically. For audience blasts (all customers, or by order status), use the Bulk SMS page the plugin adds under the WooCommerce menu.

See the plugins overview for the full feature list and template placeholders, or the REST API if you want to build a custom integration.
